Delivery

We deliver to most large cities and towns every day except Sunday (Mothers Day excepted) and Australian and NZ public holidays.

Orders received before 1pm on a weekday will attempt to be delivered the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be scheduled for delivery the next day. If you require an AM delivery the order must be received the day prior to the delivery. We CANNOT guarantee AM deliveries but will do our best if an AM delivery is requested in the delivery instructions box on the order form.

Orders received before 1pm on a Saturday will attempt to be delivered the same day. Orders received after 1pm on a Saturday (up until start of business on a Monday) will be scheduled for delivery on Monday. If you require a delivery for a Saturday the order must be received the day prior to the delivery to ensure it can reach our couriers in time.

Deliveries to remote or rural addresses may be limited and same day service may not be available. Deliveries to these areas may need to be made to the nearest town and left with the post office or main store. Contact our customer service department for details.

We will do our best to get your flowers to the recipient's address at the time and day requested but can give NO GUARANTEE about delivery times. We may need to deliver your order either earlier or later than the date requested to fit in with available courier services.

All prices shown include a $9 delivery fee.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery must be advised within 7 days.

We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will try to return the flowers to the florist who made up the order, from where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery. When flowers are being delivered to a business, school, hospital or military base, we are required to follow the institution's delivery policy; in which case deliveries will be made to the designated receiving area such as a reception desk or delivery dock.
